Shipping & Return Policy
Due to COVID19 outbreak we are not accepting any returns. Only faulty items sent from SOCIAL GURU are eligible for a replacement.
SOCIAL GURU takes about 48 business hours to ship a product after receiving an order.
Delivery time ranges between 4-7 business days.
*Please note, deliveries might be delayed due to factors outside of our control such weather conditions.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender, and you will have to raise a request. If the package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, or returns unclaimed, or shows an incorrect address, you will be required to pay the shipping fee for a replacement.
Returns and Refunds
SOCIAL GURU will not provide any refunds for any of the items.
If the customer is unhappy with a product, they must raise a request for replacement by dropping an email to [email protected]
A request for replacement must be raised within 7 days from receiving the item.
All items for replacement must be mailed to the return address mentioned on the shipping label of the received package.
All products must be in their unused, original condition and original packaging at the time of delivery to the return address.
Replacement requests are considered under the following circumstances:
The print on the item is not as described/displayed (Color variations will not be accepted).
The item is damaged (broken/chipped/dented/torn or otherwise tampered with).
All tags and labels must be intact. The item will not be worn and/or washed. Items with stains and/or tears will not be replaced.
Replacement requests will not be considered under the following circumstances:
You no longer want the item.
You are not able to receive the item.
The item was returned to the sender because it went unclaimed.
The item is smaller/bigger than what you expected.
You do not want the color you originally chose.
You don’t like the item you received even though there is no damage to it.
You had provided an incorrect address/have moved.
There is no longer any requirement for the item.
If you wish to raise a request for replacement, kindly follow this procedure:
Take clear photos of the item, with clearly visible areas of damage.
Send an email to [email protected], stating the reason for replacement, and attach the photos showing the damaged item and a proof of purchase.
You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Upon confirmation of consideration for replacement, carefully pack the item back in its original packaging.
Mail it to the return address mentioned on the shipping label. Upon validation of replacement requested, you will receive a coupon equivalent to the shipping charge borne by you (upon providing us with a copy of the relevant shipping receipt).
Please note, we will require a proof of purchase for the replacement request to be considered.
Please note, since you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will notify you via email that your package has been received, and whether the replacement request has been granted.
The final decision to grant a replacement is solely the discretion of socialguru.co.in. In case the request is not granted, you may choose to take back the original item (at your personal, non-refundable shipping cost) or leave it with us, in which case it will be donated to charity.
